It is important that before bidding request you may open account with us and arrange minimum 15% deposit (Refundable) of your budget of the purchase or Yen1,000,000 for bulk buyer which is also adjustable in your purchase or if you do not like to purchase any more with us, we will refund full amount after bank charges deducted. If you wish to cancel the unit, you have to inform us 3 hours before bidding by telephone. Once the auction is completed, vehicle can not be canceled. If you do not require the unit, we will re-sell it in the auction and after the auction is complete, deposit will not refund.

SUCCESSFUL PURCHASE:
We will bid and as soon as the bid is successful and purchase is complete, we will email you with our invoice and request for balance amount for FOB or C&F to your destination.

The balance must be paid within 3 working days after the bid is successful. You must Fax/Email us a copy of bank transfer.

If the payment is not made within 3 working days (without any valid reason) after our invoice is sent, the sale will automatically be treated as cancelled. In this case, the full deposit fee will be withdrawn as the cancellation charges.
