Bidding rules

Please select the car from the auction network and provide us bidding details by 8 am Japan Standard Time. Bids received later cannot be processed. Bidding prices can be modified up to one hour before the bid.

A service fee of JPY 10,000–20,000 applies when we bid on your behalf. Vehicles purchased through the negotiation corner incur an additional JPY 15,000.

Payment terms

To initiate bidding, a refundable down-payment deposit of 15% is required by Swift Transfer or PayPal. The remaining balance must be settled within three working days.

Only payments made to our preferred bank account in Japan are considered. Third-party payment methods that cause delays may incur a surcharge under company policy.

FOB and freight charges

All additional charges, including auction bid fees, local transportation, documentation and shipping, are charged in addition to bidding and handling fees. Competitively priced Ro/Ro or container shipping can be arranged.

Other charges

The following service can be arranged if required:

Pre-shipment inspection: JEVIC, JAAI and similar inspections are charged at JPY 50,000 per vehicle.

Cancellation fee

Any exchange or return is free of cost within 45 minutes of bidding. After this period, the auction house may charge a penalty of JPY 50,000–80,000. All exchanges and returns remain subject to auction-house approval.
