BIDDING RULES
Please select the car from auction network and provide us bidding details by 8 am (Japan Standard Time) – all bids received after this time will not be processed. Bidding prices can be modified up to 1 hour before the bid. In order for us to bid on your behalf a sum of JPY 10,000 – 20,000 will be charged as a service fee. For vehicles purchased through the negotiation corner, an additional JPY 15,000 will be applicable.

PAYMENT TERMS
In order to initiate the bidding process, you are requested to make a refundable down-payment deposit of 15% by either Swift Transfer or PayPal; with the remaining balance to be settled within 3 working days.

Kindly note that only payments made to our preferred bank account in Japan will be considered – payments made through other third-party means which may cause a delay will be liable to a surcharge as per the company policy.

FOB AND FREIGHT CHARGES
All additional charges (e.g. auction bid free, local transportation, documentation, shipping charges) will be charged in addition to the bidding and handling fees. Highly competitively priced Ro/Ro or container shipments can be arranged.

OTHER CHARGES
The following services can be arranged if required:
Pre-shipment inspections (e.g. JEVIC/JAAI, etc.) are charged at JPY 25,000 per vehicle.
Marine insurance is charged at JPY 7,000 – 25,000 depending on C&F value.

CANCELATION FEE
Any exchange or returns are free of cost within 45 minutes of bidding, after which the auction house may charge JPY 50,00 – 80,000 as a penalty. All exchange and/or returns are at the discretion of approval from the auction house.
